Cultural Couture offers the following Product & Return Policy:
Cultural Couture specializes in handmade accessories; due to offering many customized options the majority of our products are made as they are ordered. Orders are processed in the order that they are received and the shipping method selected determines only the time-line in which you should receive your order from the time the production is completed. It is our goal to complete all orders within 5-7 business days of your order being completely funded, though we cannot guarantee this time-line in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Our Handmade Jewelry: Once opened and/or worn- earrings or customized jewelry sets will not be accepted for return or refund. If there is a production defect (as deemed by Cultural Couture) of any earrings, bracelets or necklaces within 10 business days of receiving your ordered product, we will gladly repair at no charge and pay for return shipping only.
Customized Item Return Policy:
It is our goal to provide the customization requested at the time of ordering; however, in the event after reviewing your order the customized option selected is unavailable at the time your order is processed, you will be notified AsSoonAsPossible or within 48 hours and notified of other available options. Once the new customization is approved-NO REFUNDS will be given. PRIOR to production you may cancel your customized order with no penalty and we will GLADLY give you a refund. Once in production and after 24 hrs of submitting your order, there is NO REFUND.
Once an order is placed for a customized item, your order will be processed. Due to the difficulty of attempting to resell/restock customized items, our policy is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS for any customized items. We appreciate your business and understanding.
