Cultural Couture's Shipping Policy:

Once your order is complete (See Our Product Policy for time-line) - All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation unless Priority Shipping is selected/purchased. Once orders are completed they will be shipped the next business day. Order(s) will not be shipped over the weekend and will not be shipped on Postal Observed Holiday(s), these orders will ship the next business/working day. However, this cannot be guaranteed in the rare event of unforeseen delays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your USPS tracking number(s). Cultural Couture will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner and ship the order via the shipment method selected. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by Cultural Couture. If your package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. If we do not receive a response within the next 3 business days from the day the package was received pack to us, we will hold the order until new contact information is received (there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS for customized/specialty ordered items-See Our Product Policy). Orders are shipped via USPS, therefore, exact delivery dates cannot be provided and/or may vary.

International Orders:

International orders ship within 5-7 business days from the day the order was placed. Once shipped, it can take up to 10 business days for delivery. Please note that due to unexpected customs delays from the recipient's country an estimated delivery date cannot be provided nor can an estimated delivery time frame be guaranteed. All International orders are shipped via USPS.

International Shipping Disclaimer:

Cultural Couture cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions,tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The customs agency in your country may require you to pay fees before receiving your package. You will be responsible for paying any fees, duties, or taxes to your country’s Customs Office, independently of any shipping fees paid to Cultural Couture. The laws are different in every country, and they change often. It is your responsibility to check with your country's Customs Office to verify any fees and to verify if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) into your country. Cultural Couture will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner. However, if the package is seized by Customs Officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Cultural Couture is not liable for any damaged or un-returned items. While many orders make it through customs without issue, some orders maybe returned to us. If a package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by Cultural Couture.
